Memo-Scanner For Benz C-Class is newly developed and specially designed for car owners or DIYs. With a Memo Scanner, you may quickly find out trouble causes of electronically controlled systems on your car by reading the trouble code (DTC) shown on Memo-Scanner and checking out trouble causes with attached MANUAL.

FUNCTIONS:
1.Reading trouble codes: when press the "read" button, the Memo Scanner will Read DTCs of powertrain system one by one.
2.Clearing trouble codes: when press the "clear" button, the Memo Scanner will clear DTCs of powertrain system.
OPERATION:
1.When the "CHECK ENGINE" light is on, stop the car and apply the parking brake, start the engine then plug the Memo Scanner to the 16-pin socket usually located under the instrument panel in the car.
2.It will display the brand name "UIF" twice . then press the "READ" button, it will read the trouble code reader trouble code and display 3 times. If there is no trouble codes, it will display [-- -- -- --].
3.When press the "ERASE" button, it will clear the trouble codes.
4.In case that Memo Scanner can not be plugged in directly or codes can not be seen due to socket facing downward, use the extension cable with the female plug to connect with Memo Scanner and 16pin plug with socket.
